The most frequent type of fee is the time-based price charged for every hour of legal services. The fee could be calculated as soon as the particular circumstances of the case or legal services are presented. The bill for legal service is always transparent.
The Czech Bar Association is entitled to provide the out-of-court settlement of consumers cases between attorneys and consumers based on legal aid. This law office follows personal data protection GDPR. I use an electric vehicle purchased under the program Elektromobility.
